My Concern regarding issue with Hyundai Lake Norman service and charges previously I wrote about credit and charges and blame for scam charge and fraud. It’s hard to prove that I am innocent and I got a charge applied its wrong.

1 Reason for actually appointment visit for car window repair when I had a car shield program and warranty.

2 Appointment was 10:30 Am and present myself late 11:10AM the staff wouldn’t know that I had an appointed to check car window.

3 Person Find my appointment and ask me for car shield protection Service and they can’t Repair the car without contacting to car shield organization.

3 I (hemal shah) called to using my cell phone and connects to car shield to American auto protection plan. The membership I had to pay 79$ month.

4 Car shield associated estimate for window part as $ 173.00 cost of repair but I had to pay only $100 deductible. They hadn’t have a window switch at Hyundai dealership.

5 According to car shield they were going to shipping switch and it will take a two days to receiving at Hyundai dealer. This conversation done between Hyundai service department and car shield department.

6 I requested my car wouldn’t get good mileage so they can check if need a service then they can let me know, this was my request & all dealer has to confirm with customer before starting any of service to do it, but they hadn’t been done any confirmation with me that they will going to do fuel injection service.

7 I got told by service manager your car in row and they had other customer front of me so they will check car window once dealer employee come back from lunch

8 $ 173 was window switch value by car shield and I have to pay it full But I decline because I have to pay deductible $ 100 only

9 They created bills again me if they wouldn’t get money when they will get switch after few day so they had been charged to me as is other repair like fuel injection was my request to check but not to repair without my permission

10 Hyundai they never told me that I have to reimbursement $174 amount to car shield other than fuel injection they done service is show up in statement I hadn’t been requested and they never confirm with me that they will going to do state inspection.

11 State inspection I was done in July with precision tune, by the law I cannot do it twice in one year and its show up in bill

12 I got a message from service manager 1:10 pm they had been open up window and main switch were needed and then they don’t have it they were contacted to car shield and car shield will going to shipping the part, and I got an appointment for Monday 09-23-2019

13 bill they never show me before I sign up to key pad when using credit card once sign then I should key I sign up I wrote according to them they done fuel injection but actually they wouldn’t 1;50 pm they told me your car will put it back window door once is done they call me.

14 My request was at time 11:30 am was fuel injection need to check that person sale advisor/customer Retention Jay Allen wasn’t at dealership when I left shop at 2:12 pm and I couldn’t contact him, I believe he left 12 pm

15 if I done state inspection done with precision tune concord NC then I shouldn’t need to do again and they never had been confirm with me that they will going to do state inspection.

16 following Monday I called to Hyundai Lake Norman they hadn’t been receiving any part, so I wait more than week and they were installed part.

17 I sign up for payment sign because manager Jason tarlowe (vehicle exchange manager)told me they were charge diagnosis fee those I need to pay for also ordering window switch that had been order with carsheild, carsheild will going to ship, they will take care when they will install switch when is due next appointment.

18I believe jay Allen and Jason tarlowe wasn’t communicate with each other about service request. Jason was just found what service I was requested to him (jay Allen)

19 They install switch they never been post any credit back to account those charge estimate by carsheild $173 for switch

20 they charge me in invoice those service not possible to do between 1:50 pm to 2:12 pm

21 I founded This Hyundai lake Norman got a fraud and scam with other client when search in google
