Saturday morning when I wake up I found my hand swollen and turn purple and some area red
Monday spencer send it to doctor office at fast med
also doctor office (fast med) reported to me they had send a patient copy to hire dynamic
according to spencer at charlotte office he never had a copy ,he contacted to corporate office
no idea why he need copy or why he never get from headquarter office at near Atlanta
I present doctor report to him I had a copy and he make a photo copy for hire dynamic record
if you do not have patient copy or need some contact hire dynamic person name spencer
I start back work on 04-03-2017 I wrote time on time card on April 3 and april4
next job I start sweeping floor at saddle creek with right hand on 04-045-2017
I did not fill out time in time card on April 5,6,7,(Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) but I work all day from Monday to Friday from 04-03-2017 to 04-07-2017 whole week
time card I need to fill out every day
their is no excuse for they do not have time card or they forgot in hire dynamic office or they will fill out for me or I have to trust office employee they can fill out for me
what happen if you fox not paying if employee working should get paid for last Friday during not working andi am injurd
by the law of worker compensation.
